Patient Retention and Compliance

You've spent good time and money to attract, screen and enroll patients. If the patient stops participating now or doesn't follow the regimen, you lose a valuable source of data.

If you choose, we can contact participating subjects regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their care and are following the regimens required by the study. Any concerns are relayed to you and/or the investigative site for action. We can also provide outbound services using IRB-approved scripts.
